PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a light processing device excellent in sterilization and deodorant performance as compared with a prior art.SOLUTION: A light processing device includes a body, an intake port for introducing gas to be processed containing oxygen into the body, and an excimer lamp including a body arranged in the body and consisting of silica glass in which gas for discharge containing Xe is sealed, and emitting first light with a main light emitting wavelength of 172 nm, and second light with a wavelength exhibiting intensity in at least a part of a wavelength range of 250 nm to 560 nm, an outlet for exhausting processed gas containing ozone, generated by irradiating the first light discharged from the excimer lamp to the gas to be processed introduced into the body, and a photocatalyst arranged at a position where the second light discharged from the excimer lamp and including a material which can be excited by the second light.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】従来よりも殺菌・消臭能力に優れた光処理装置を実現する。【解決手段】 光処理装置は、筐体と、酸素を含む被処理ガスを前記筐体内に導入する吸気口と、筐体内に配置され、Xeを含む放電用ガスが封入された石英ガラスからなる管体を含み、主たる発光波長が172nmの第一光と、波長が250nm以上560nm以下の波長範囲の少なくとも一部分に強度を示す第二光と、を射出するエキシマランプと、筐体内に導入された被処理ガスに対して、エキシマランプから射出された第一光が照射されることで生成された、オゾンを含む処理済ガスを放出する排気口と、エキシマランプから射出された第二光が入射可能な位置に配置されており、第二光によって励起可能な材料を含む光触媒体と、を備える。【選択図】 図1
