PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the collection and transport system of a specimen for surely transporting a specimen such as cord blood without damaging it and a collection unit to be used for the system.SOLUTION: A collection/transfer system 100 of a specimen includes: a server 11 attached with a database 12 to which at least the information of the addresses, hospitalization facilities, and specimen sampling scheduled dates of registrants 30a to 30y who register at least specimens is input, and arranged in a management center 10 a server 21 attached with a database 22 in which the collection plans of specimens are stored, and arranged in a management company 20 a freezer car which is managed on the basis of the collection plans, and owned by a home delivery undertaker 40 and temperature management box units to be distributed to the registrants 30a to 30y prior to the specimen sampling scheduled dates only by predetermined dates on the basis of the information of the registrants 30a to 30y. The freezer car transports the specimens in a temperature state in which the specimens are kept in a room temperature or less so as not to be frozen from the hospitalization facilities to the management center 10 on the basis of the specimen collection information from the registrants 30 or the hospitalization facilities.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】臍帯血等の検体を損傷することなく確実に輸送できる検体の回収・輸送システムおよびそれに用いる回収ユニットを実現する。【解決手段】検体の回収・輸送システム100は、少なくとも検体を登録する登録者30a~30yの住所と入院施設と検体採取予定日の情報が入力されるデータベース22が付設され管理センター10に配置されるサーバ11と、検体の回収計画を格納するデータベース22が付設され運営会社20に配置されるサーバ21と、回収計画に基づいて運営され宅配業者40が有する保冷車と、登録者30a~30yの情報に基づいて検体採取予定日から所定期日だけ前倒しで登録者30a~30yに配布される温度管理箱ユニットとを備える。保冷車は登録者30または入院施設からの検体採取情報に基づいて、入院施設から管理センター10に常温以下であって凍結しない温度状態で検体を輸送する。【選択図】図1
