PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel blood triglyceride level rise inhibitor.SOLUTION: The blood triglyceride level rise inhibitor, namely the inhibitor containing a processed product of barley leaves, has an improved effect of inhibiting the rise of blood triglyceride level compared to the conventional blood triglyceride level rise inhibitor containing dietary fibers.
