PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions for inhibiting the increase of blood triglyceride with the effect of inhibiting the increase of triglyceride in blood when an oils and fats-containing material is ingested.SOLUTION: The above problem is solved by a composition for inhibiting the increase of blood triglyceride, the composition containing one or more selected from the group consisting of a sugar carboxylic acid, in which an aldehyde group at the reducing terminal side of a starch degradation product with a polymerization degree of two or more, a metastasis reactant or a lactose is oxidized, as well as a salt and lactone thereof. The present invention can be expected to improve, alleviate, recover, treat and prevent dyslipidemia or a disease caused by dyslipidemia, for example, arteriosclerosis, myocardial infarction and cerebral infarction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】本発明の目的は、油脂含有物を摂取した場合に、血液中の中性脂肪の上昇を抑制する作用を有する、血中中性脂肪上昇抑制用組成物を提供することにある。【解決手段】上記目的は、重合度２以上の澱粉分解物、転移反応物又は乳糖の還元末端側のアルデヒド基が酸化された糖カルボン酸並びにその塩及びそのラクトンからなる群から選ばれる１種又は２種以上を含有する、血中中性脂肪上昇抑制用組成物により解決される。本発明は、脂質代謝異常症や脂質代謝異常症によってもたらされる疾患、例えば、動脈硬化、心筋梗塞、脳梗塞などの疾患を改善、緩和、回復、治療及び予防をすることが期待できるものである。【選択図】図１
