PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implantation device in a thoracic cavity suitable for accurate lesion location specification of a lung.SOLUTION: This implantation device in the thoracic cavity includes: a plurality of detectors 121 detecting movement information of a lung changing according to an inflation/contraction movement of the lung and relative position prescription members 122 prescribing relative positions among the plurality of detectors, and deformed while changing the relative positions. The plurality of detectors can be stored in a thoracic cavity together with at least a part of the relative position prescription members.
