PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing wheelchair which facilitates transfer of a user from a device like a bed or a toilet to the nursing wheelchair, or from the nursing wheelchair to other devices.SOLUTION: The seat part of the nursing wheelchair is a plurality of strip-like planar bodies in which seat face members are made continuous and can be folded and spread out. The support part at both ends of the strip-like planar bodies is movable along a pair of guide members installed at both sides of the chair. The guide members include: a lower horizontal guide part 421 an upper horizontal guide part 423 and a vertical guide part 422 for connecting them. When a cared person uses the seat face members as an ordinary seat part, the seat face members are situated in the lower horizontal guide part. When a cared person moves between other devices and the seat face members, the seat face members are situated in a manner standing by or retreated in the upper horizontal guide part, so that the cared person can come in and out between the pair of guide members from the rear of the wheelchair.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】ベッドやトイレ等の装置から介護用車椅子へ、又は、介護用車椅子から他の装置に移動することが容易な介護用車椅子を提供する。【解決手段】介護用車椅子の座部は、座面部材が連続し折り畳み及び展開可能な複数の短冊状の板状体であって、該短冊状の板状体の両端の支持部は、椅子の両側に設けられた一対の案内部材に沿って移動可能であり、前記案内部材は、下部水平案内部421と、上部水平案内部423と、これらを繋ぐ垂直案内部422とを備え、被介護者が前記座面部材を通常の座部として使用する場合には、該座面部材は前記下部水平案内部に位置し、被介護者が他の装置と前記座面部材とを移動する場合には、前記座面部材は前記上部水平案内部に待機又は退避するように位置して、被介護者が前記一対の案内部材の間を車椅子の後方から出入り可能とした。【選択図】図8
