PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device allowing a user to easily discriminate respective annotations even when many annotations are located at a region of interest.SOLUTION: The image processing device includes: an obtaining unit that obtains a piece of image data of an object and data of plural annotations added to the image and a display controller that causes a display device to display the image along with the annotations. The data of the plural annotations include: positional information representing a position of the image added with the annotations and a piece of information of a user who has added the annotation to the image.
