SOLUTION: A cylinder transporting vehicle 1 includes a base frame 21 on which a cylinder B can be mounted, a traveling wheel 23 supported by the base frame 21, and a lower end which extends in the vertical direction and is supported by the base frame 21. A main body 2 having a mast 24, a vertical frame 31 extending in the vertical direction and movably supported by the mast 24 in the vertical direction, and a horizontal frame 33 provided on the vertical frame 31 and extending in the front-rear direction.
