PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint orthosis capable of achieving both securement of a fixing force and securement of followability to a body surface of a wearer.SOLUTION: A joint orthosis comprises: a body part 1 a belt part 2 connected to the body part and an inner belt part 3 having a body part side end part 38 in which at least one portion is connected to the body part or the belt part, and a tip part side end part 39 provided on a circumferential tip part side of the belt part, in which at least one portion is connected to the belt part. The connection ratio of the tip part side end part to the belt part is 13.9 to 100% of the entire length of the belt part in a direction perpendicular to a circumferential direction. The connection ratio of the body part side end part to the body part or the belt part is 13.9 to 100% of the entire length of the body part or the belt part in the direction perpendicular to the circumferential direction.
