PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skeleton structure of an agriculture vinyl house which can be assembled to plural deeper frontage sizes without cutting processing to a ready-made circular tube material, and a joint member capable of adjusting insertion length of the circular tube material.SOLUTION: A joint member comprises: a joint main body 10 formed of a tube material which is bent into a chevron-shape; and a fastener 20 capable of fastening a circular tube material in a girder direction. The joint main body 10 comprises an insertion port 11 for internally inserting the circular tube material into each of both end parts, and plural adjustment holes 12 for communicating with a peripheral face in a longitudinal right angle direction, and on at least one end, the adjustment holes 12 are arranged in parallel in a prescribed interval along a longitudinal direction.
