The branch protecting mat net, the branch protecting net, or the fiber yarn lump is coated with a growth-promotion agent solution by dipping, spreading, or spraying.본 발명은 식물의 맹아력과 뿌리의 발아력을 이용한 것으로 하천변 생태호안, 수질정화식생수로, 호안의 토사유출방지를 위한 생태호안 식생자재 및 이를 이용한 식생방법에 관한 것으로서, 좀더 자세히는 천연섬유로 제조된 네트나 로프를 이용하여 갯버들 가지나 키버들 가지를 일정 간격을 두어 배치, 고정하되, 현장 시공시 식물체의 표면에 상처가 생기는 것을 막아주고 일정간격을 유지하여 주며, 밀식에 의한 고사를 예방하고, 맹아를 촉진하기 위하여 생장촉진제가 처리된 매트, 네트 또는 천연섬유사 덩어리 (bulk)를 가지의 둘레에 감싼 식생자재에 관한 것이다. 가지를 일정 간격을 두어 네트나 로프로 고정하면 밀생으로 인한 생장 방해가 일어나지 않고, 한 번에 넓은 면적의 호안에 설치 가능하며, 생장촉진제를 처리한 천연섬유사 덩어리가 가지를 보호하고 수분을 유지하고 뿌리의 건조를 막아주는 효과가 있어 쉽고 빠르게 식생대 형성을 완료할 수 있다.
