A method for preparing a composition including a compound including vanillin and ethylvanillin is described. Also described, is a method of preparing a composition including a compound including vanillin and ethylvanillin according to a vanillin/ethylvanillin molar ratio of 2. The method can include an operation of co-granulating vanillin and ethylvanillin at a temperature of 50° C. to 57° C. in the form of a powder and in amounts such that the vanillin/ethylvanillin molar ratio is at least equal to 2, and an operation of lowering the temperature of the composition thus obtained to room temperature.La présente invention a trait à un procédé de préparation d'une composition comprenant essentiellement un composé à base de vanilline et d'éthylvanilline. Le procédé de l'invention de préparation d'une composition comprenant essentiellement un composé à base de vanilline et d'éthylvanilline dans un ratio molaire vanilline/éthylvanilline de 2 est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend une opération de co-granulation de vanilline et d'éthylvanilline mises en œuvre sous forme de poudre et en quantités telles que le ratio molaire vanilline/éthylvanilline soit au moins égal à 2, conduite à une température comprise entre 50°C et 57°C, suivie par une opération permettant de ramener la température de la composition obtenue, à la température ambiante.
