PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilling claw which reduces tilling vibration and horsepower consumption by suppressing stress concentration which acts on a bend in driving into soil and load change caused thereby, and exhibits excellent tilling performance in any soil texture.SOLUTION: In a tilling claw comprising a vertical blade part (2) and a horizontal blade part (3), a curve starting horizontal distance (L) to the blade edge of a curve starting part (F) of the horizontal blade part is approximately the same length as an overall vertical length (C), a bending angle (α), which is made by a line passing a lowermost edge of the blade edge and the curve starting part (F) of the horizontal blade part, is approximately 90°, a radius (r1) of the curvature of a first curve is half the curve starting horizontal distance (L) or more, an overall height (H1) of the curve is approximately the same length as the radius (r1) of the first curve, and a tip end part (31) in which the horizontal blade part (3) above a tip end part curve starting part (G) of the horizontal blade is curved with a radius (r2) of the curvature of a second curve in the curvature direction of the horizontal blade part and in the plan direction orthogonal to the center line of the horizontal blade part in plan view is formed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】 土壌への打込み時に湾曲部に作用する応力集中及びそれによる負荷変動を抑え、耕耘振動や消費馬力を低減するとともに、いかなる土性においても優れた耕耘性能を発揮する耕耘爪を提供する。【解決手段】縦刃部(2)と横刃部(3)とからなる耕耘爪において、横刃部湾曲開始部(F)の刃縁までの湾曲開始水平距離(L)が、全縦長さ(C)の略同等長さとされ、刃縁の最下縁を通る線と横刃部湾曲開始部(F)とのなす折曲角度(α)を略90度とし、第1湾曲曲率半径(r1)が、前記湾曲開始水平距離(L)の半分以上の長さとされ、全湾曲高さ(H1)が、第1湾曲曲率半径(r1)と略同等長さとされ、横刃先端部湾曲開始部(G)より上方の横刃部(3)が横刃部湾曲方向であって平面視にて横刃部中心線と直交する平面方向に第2湾曲曲率半径(r2)にて湾曲した先端部(31)を形成したことを特徴とする耕耘爪。【選択図】 図1
