The present invention relates to a needle assembly for a skin operating device. The needle assembly is inserted in skin while being coupled with a syringe mounted on a gun and feeds medicine of the syringe through multiple needles. The needle assembly comprises: a housing having multiple first needle holes formed in a front surface part thereof, having an opening part formed in a rear end thereof, and having a fixture formed in one side thereof to be mounted on the gun a body inserted and coupled through opening part in the rear end of the housing, having multiple penetration holes formed in a front surface part thereof corresponding to the needle holes, and forwardly and backwardly operated in the housing a holder coupled with the rear inside of the body, having multiple needles formed in a front side thereof, and having an injection porter formed in a rear side thereof to be connected and communicate with the syringe and a depth adjusting means coupled with a dial knob formed in one side of the housing, and capable of adjusting an injection depth of a needle by forwardly and backwardly operating the body by means of a cam action of the dial knob. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a dial-type adjuster capable of setting a depth of a needle inserted in skin is produced. Adjustment values are displayed on the adjuster, so the setting of a depth of a needle can be intuitionally recognized.
