PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a resectoscope operation handle and an electrode, which is not only easy to operate but also secures the electrode so as to be fixed more accurately and firmly to the operation handle. SOLUTION: The fitting structure includes a slider 21 of a resectoscope operation handle and an electrode post 31. The slider has a front surface and a back surface, and a mounting groove for mounting the post is provided on the front surface of the slider. Is provided, the end face of the post is perpendicular to the front face of the slider, the post is mounted in the mounting groove, and the axial direction of the post is perpendicular to the plane in which the handle is located.
