PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery assembled structure, etc. that can surely take a contact point between a battery and an electrode and perform space saving in a capsule.SOLUTION: A battery assembled structure comprises batteries 151, 152 having a positive electrode surface and a negative electrode surface which are opposite to each other, an electrode member 153 conducted to the positive electrode surface 151a of the battery 151, an electrode member 154 conducted to the negative electrode surface 152b of the battery 152, a flexible board 16 on which the electrode members 153, 154 are mounted, a positive electrode side press portion 155a and a negative electrode side press portion 155b which are formed by plate-like spring members and confront each other, a joint portion 155c for joining the positive electrode side press portion 155a and the negative electrode side press portion 155b, and an assembling member 155 which conducts the electrode member 153 to the positive electrode surface 151a, and pinches the flexible substrate 16, the electrode members 153, 154 and the batteries 151, 152 under the state that the electrode member 154 is conducted to the negative electrode surface 152b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
