PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand piece with the small-sized head (3).SOLUTION: The dental/medical hand piece has a flexible clamp (20) which is constructed reversely to a conventional one to support a tool shank (16), wherein the clamp (20) is installed to a hollow shaft (6), moves forward to touch a releasing sleeve (19) fixed at the front end (on the tool side) of the shaft, and is connected to a pusher (22) driven manually by an operator in the axial direction.
