A method for making an eye lens comprises following steps of providing a lens base, and a suspension liquid including hydrophilic monomer, clay and water making the suspension liquid contact with at least one surface of the lens base, to cause the clay to be dispersed on the surface of the lens base, and the hydrophilic monomer to connect with the surface of the lens base through the clay, thereby forming the eye lens.
