A system for positioning a gauge wheel of an agricultural row unit includesthe gauge wheel coupled to a frame of the agricultural row unit via a positionassembly.The position assembly is configured to enable the gauge wheel to rotatebetween anengagement position and a home position. The system also includes a blockingmemberof the position assembly. Also, the system includes a protrusion integrallyformed onthe frame of the agricultural row unit. The protrusion is configured to engagetheblocking member to block rotation of the position assembly away from theengagementposition while in the home position.
