The invention relates to a strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae, characterized in that it is selected from the strain n ~ 1-3936 filed March 4, 2008 with the CNCM, the strain n ~ 1-3937 filed March 4, 2008 with the CNCM, the strain n ~ 1-3938 filed March 4, 2008 with the CNCM and the strain n ~ 1-3939 filed March 4, 2008 with the CNCM.
