摘要：: Disclosed are novel preparations of Actinidia, and particularly species of hardy kiwifruit, as well as compositions comprising the same. Also disclosed is the use of these preparations of Actinidia to prevent and/or treat a variety of diseases in which regulation of the immune response is effective, including both allergic and non－allergic inflammatory disease, viral infection, and cancer. Methods related to making and using these compositions are also described.本發明揭示一種新穎的獼猴桃(特別是硬頭奇異果物種)製劑和包含其之組成物。本發明亦揭示出使用這些獼猴桃製劑來預防及/或治療多種調節免疫反應有效之疾病，包括過敏及非過敏性炎性疾病、病毒感染及癌症二者。本發明亦描述關於這些組成物之製備方法及用途。
