PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoulder waterfall bath nozzle that can discharge film-shaped water from a discharge port even when a water supply amount is small, and to provide a shoulder waterfall bath system.SOLUTION: A shoulder waterfall bath nozzle (8) includes: a water supply flow passage (80) for supplying water； a discharge port (82) for discharging water in a film shape； and a discharge flow passage (81) connected to the water supply flow passage (80) and the discharge port (82), where a flow passage width (W) of the discharge flow passage (81) is widened as coming close to a side of the discharge port (82) from a side of the water supply flow passage (80).
