The present invention relates to a stem blight pest control composition including a Phytolacca americana L. leaf extract or fraction as an active ingredient. According to the present invention, a methanol extract is obtained by extracting a Phytolacca americana L. leaf with a methanol aqueous solution as a solvent, and concentrating the same under reduced pressure. After the methanol extract is suspended with water, a fraction layer obtained by sequentially distributing and extracting the methanol extract with nucleic acid, ethylacetate, and a butanol solvent is concentrated under reduced pressure to secure fractions. An ethylacetate fraction and a butanol fraction thereamong are confirmed to have antimycotic activity with respect to Leucostoma persoonii, one of causative organisms of stem blight, and the ethylacetate fraction is confirmed to have excellent antimycotic activity.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 미국자리공(Phytolacca americana L.) 잎 추출물 또는 분획물을 유효성분으로 포함하는 줄기마름병 방제 조성물에 관한 것으로, 미국자리공 잎에 메탄올 수용액을 용매로 하여 추출하고 감압 농축한 후에 얻은 메탄올 추출물 및 메탄올 추출물을 물로 현탁한 후 헥산, 에틸아세테이트, 부탄올 용매로 순차적으로 분배 추출하여 얻어진 분획 층을 감압 농축하여 분획물을 확보하였다. 이중 에틸아세테이트 분획물 및 부탄올 분획물이 줄기마름병의 원인균 중의 하나인 로이코스토마 퍼수니(Leucostoma persoonii)에 대한 항진균 활성이 있음을 확인하였고, 특히나 에틸아세테이트 분획물이 항진균 활성이 우수함을 확인하였다.
