PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system toilet for animals in which, without losing workability for replacement operations of a member placed in a part that is stepped on directly by animals, "slippage", "twisting", and "curling" of that part do not arise.SOLUTION: The system toilet 1 for animals comprises a liquid absorbing mat 4 having moisture absorbing properties and a liquid permeable panel 3 having liquid permeability and arranged in contact with the upper surface of the liquid absorbing mat 4. The rigidity of the liquid permeable panel 3 as measured by the Taber stiffness testing method (JIS P8125) is set at 0.1 mN m or greater, and the static friction force between the liquid absorbing mat 4 and the liquid permeable panel 3 is set at 1.2 N or greater.【課題】動物が直接乗る部分に載置される部材の交換作業の作業性を損なうことなく、当該部材の「ずれ」、「よれ」及び「めくれ」が発生しない動物用システムトイレを提供すること。【解決手段】動物用システムトイレ１を、吸液性を有する液吸収マット４と、液吸収マット４の上面に当接して配置され、液透過性を有する液透過パネル３と、を備える構成とし、前記液透過パネル３のテーバーこわさ試験機法（ＪＩＳ Ｐ８１２５）によって測定した剛性を０．１ｍＮ・ｍ以上とし、液吸収マット４と液透過パネル３との間の静止摩擦力を１．２Ｎ以上とした。【選択図】図６Ｂ
