PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a proper posture confirmation tool capable of instantly confirming whether or not a body posture is proper, with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A proper posture confirmation tool A comprises: a body 1； and a flat-plate ring-shaped hoop 2. The body 1 comprises: two same-shaped disk-shaped parts 11 which are arranged to face each other for forming a gap； a connection part 12 extending over the two disk-shaped parts 11, 11 in the gap； and rod-shaped grip parts 13 one of which is extending outward from an outside surface 11b of each of the two disk-shaped parts 11, 11. The two grip parts 13 are formed into a same shape, the connection part 12 and the grip parts 13 are formed so as to be thinner than a diameter of the disk-shaped parts 11, the shaft centers of the connection part 12 and grip parts 13 and the disk-shaped parts 11 are equal, and a shaft center length of the connection part 12 is larger than a thickness of the hoop 2.
