PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide puncture needle forceps including a trocar function being easily inserted in a multilayer-structured abdominal wall formed by superposing multiple fascias, and forming a small surgical wound for an endoscopic surgical operation.SOLUTION: Small-diameter forceps including a small-diameter shaft 2 extending from a handle part 1, and a grip part 3 at the distal end of the small-diameter shaft 2, comprises a trocar 4 to be locked at a position wrappingly protecting the distal grip part 3. The trocar 4 is configured to be locked at the position wrappingly protecting the distal grip part 3, to freely, slidingly fit the small-diameter shaft between a locking position 5 and the handle part, and to be pressedly stopped, by a press-stopping button 6, at an any position between the vicinity of the handle part or the locking part for wrappingly protecting the end grip part, and the handle part. A large-diameter part of the trocar 4 has a groove 7 that is fixable to the abdominal wall or the like by a thread knot or the like. The large-diameter part includes the small-diameter shaft 2 extending from the handle part 1, and the grip part 3 at the distal end of the shaft. The small-diameter forceps include the trocar 4 and directly insert in the abdominal cavity or reinsert the once-extracted forceps into the same puncture hole.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】多数の筋膜の重ね合わせによる重層構造の腹壁に容易に刺入できる、トロカール機能を具備した、内視鏡下外科手術用の手術創の小さい、パンクチャーニードル鉗子を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】ハンドル部1から伸長した小径シャフト2と、小径シャフト2の先端に把持部3を有する、小径鉗子において、先端把持部3を包護する位置に係止するトロカール4を配し、該トロカール4は先端把持部3を包護する位置に係止する構造を配し、且つ、係止位置5からハンドル部間の小径シャフトを自由に滑合するとともに、ハンドル部の近傍、もしくは端把持部を包護する係止位置からハンドル部間の任意位置に押止釦6により、押止できる。また、トロカール4の大径部には、腹壁等に結糸等で結合できる溝7を有している。前記、ハンドル部1から伸長した小径シャフト2と、シャフトの先端に把持部3を有する、小径鉗子にトロカール4を具設し、腹腔内へ直接刺挿入、もしくは、一度抜去した鉗子を同じ穿孔に再刺挿入を可能としている。【選択図】図1
