The target walking distance setting section 30 is configured to set a target walking distance for exercise therapy, when the pulse wave detected by the pulse wave sensors 16 has a waveform having a predetermined shape which is flatter than an arterial pressure waveform, based on the walking distance of the patient by the time when the pulse wave has the waveform having the predetermined shape.
