The foot stress relaxation apparatus comprises a separating unit, an adjusting unit, and a connecting unit used to connect the separating unit. The separating unit comprises a big toe septum and at least one toe septum. The big toe septum is provided with: a septum body enclosed to have an adjusting hole and capable of being flexibly stretched； and an opening formed on the top of the septum body and communicated with the adjusting hole. The adjusting unit comprises at least one adjusting member with column shape.
