The slowly-released layer contains an erupted controlling agent and uses the pseudoephedrine as an active component.본 발명은 로라타딘 및 슈도에페드린을 함유하며 용출성이 조절된 경구용 다층정에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 로라타딘과 슈도에페드린을 활성성분으로 하는 속방층을 구성하고, 슈도에페드린을 활성성분으로 하며 용출성 조절제를 함유하는 서방층을 구성하며, 이들을 다층정으로 타정함으로써, 로라타딘과 슈도에페드린의 복합제를 간단하게 제조할 수 있고, 단일정으로 복약이 용이하며, 속방층의 빠른 붕해로 로라타딘의 용출이 조속히 이루어지면서 속방층에 함유된 슈도에페드린이 용출되어 치료학적 유효량의 슈도에페드린 혈중 농도를 조기에 달성할 수 있으며 또한 서방층에 함유된 슈도에페드린의 지속적인 용출로서 이의 유효량을 장시간 유지할 수 있게 되어 두 가지의 유효활성 성분이 바람직한 용출양상을 나타내는 효과를 얻을 수 있는 로라타딘/슈도에페드린 복합제로서 용출성이 조절된 경구용 다층정에 관한 것이다.
