The present invention relates to an innovative intake method for glucosamine compound, which is an intake method using a water-borne patch as a carrier to be absorbed through skin. The water-borne patch includes a substrate, an adhesive layer containing glucosamine compound formed on a surface of the substrate, and a release paper or film covering on the adhesive layer. The adhesive layer containing glucosamine compound is substantially consisted of glucosamine compound and pressure sensitive adhesive.
