The length of the nozzle row in the arrangement direction of the multiple nozzles which is perpendicular to the conveyance direction is greater than or equal to the length of the tablets in the direction perpendicular to conveyance direction. The control device (9) exercises control such that the nozzles used in tablet printing are switched at multiple predetermined sections.
