The present invention relates to a zeolite doped with at least one cation of a transition metal and modified with at least one agent chosen from quaternary ammoniums and salts of C8-C20 fatty acids. It also relates to a process for manufacturing this zeolite as well as to its uses in particular for limiting or even preventing the formation of biofilms and in anti-fouling paints.La présente invention concerne une zéolithe dopée par au moins un cation d'un métal de transition et modifiée par au moins un agent choisi parmi les ammoniums quaternaires et les sels d'acides gras en C8-C20. Elle concerne aussi un procédé de fabrication de cette zéolithe ainsi que ses utilisations en particulier pour limiter voire empêcher la formation de biofilms et dans des peintures anti salissures.
