The control unit has a processing unit and a transmission unit, wherein the processing unit receives the heartbeat signal, the transmission unit determines whether the heartbeat signal is greater than a preset value. If it is greater than the present value, the first start signal will be transmitted. The Control switch is connected to the processing unit so as to turn on the control switch according to the first start signal.
