To notify a capture status of a bird and a beast without delay while reducing a power consumption of a relay station battery.SOLUTION: A relay station 100 comprises a wireless communication unit 160 and a start-up control unit 172. The wireless communication unit 160 repeatedly starts up and stops, and performs data communication with other wireless communication units during start-up.
