The present invention provides an acupressure pillow including a plurality of acupressure protrusions, a weight sensor, and a hydraulic means operating through a control unit, in order to adjust the height of the acupressure protrusions automatically according to the user′s posture, thereby relieving the pain that the user can feel and improving the efficiency of acupressure.
