PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide agricultural and horticultural facilities with a photovoltaic power generation system which allow the light required for the growth of agricultural and horticultural crops to pass through and its remaining light to be utilized efficiently for photovoltaic power generation.SOLUTION: The agricultural and horticultural facilities have (A) a photovoltaic power generation system; and (B) a member which reflects light with wavelengths of 800-1200 nm and allows light with wavelengths 400-500 nm and wavelengths of 600-700 nm to pass through, wherein (1) at least a portion of the light reflected on the (B) member is incident on a solar cell array of the (A) photovoltaic power generation system; and (2) at least a portion of the light passed through the (B) member is incident on the inside of the facilities.【課題】農園芸作物の生育に必要な光は透過させつつ、その余の光は効率的に太陽光発電に利用することのできる太陽光発電システムを備えた農園芸用施設を提供すること。【解決手段】農園芸用施設であって、(A)太陽光発電システム;及び(B)波長800~1200ナノメートルの光を反射し、波長400~500ナノメートルと波長600~700ナノメートルの光を透過する部材;を有し、(1)上記(B)部材に反射された光の少なくとも一部は、上記(A)太陽光発電システムの太陽電池アレイに入射すること;(2)上記(B)部材を透過した光の少なくとも一部は、施設内部に入射すること;を特徴とする農園芸用施設。【選択図】図1
