PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a nurse call system, in which a normal call is given when pressure for depressing a call button is within a range of thresholds and an emergency call is given when the pressure is outside a range of the thresholds, such that thresholds can be set as properly as possible when the thresholds are set by investigating distribution of pressures for each patient and setting a threshold for each patient based on the distribution.SOLUTION: A pressure sensor 4 is provided on a nurse call terminal 1 for detecting pressure to depress a call button 3. If a current date when the call button 3 is depressed is in within a predetermined period for investigating distribution of pressure values and is included in a certain period before and after scheduled surgery, the pressure value is not obtained. If the current date is not included in the certain period, the pressure value is obtained to set the range of the obtained pressure values as a range of thresholds. Then, extremely small pressure values are not included in the investigation of the distribution and therefor, it can be done that if a pressure value to depress the call button 3 is within the range of the thresholds, a normal call is made and if the value is outside the range of thresholds, an emergency call is made.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】呼出ボタンが押下される圧力が閾値の範囲内であるときに通常の報知を行い、閾値の範囲外であるときに緊急の報知を行うナースコールシステムで、圧力の値の分布を患者毎に調べ、この分布に基づいて患者毎に閾値を設定する際に、できるだけ適切な閾値を設定できるようにする。【解決手段】呼出ボタン3が押下される圧力を検出する圧力センサ4をナースコール子機1に設け、呼出ボタン3が押下された現在日時が、圧力の値の分布を調べる所定の期間内であり手術予定の前後の一定期間に含まれるときに圧力の値を取得せず、含まれないときに圧力の値を取得して、これにより得られた圧力の値の範囲を閾値の範囲として設定する。そして、呼出ボタン3が押下された圧力の値が閾値の範囲内であれば通常の報知を行い、閾値の範囲外であれば緊急の報知を行うので、分布を調べる際に極端に小さい圧力が含まれなくなる。【選択図】図1
