PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an airway adaptor and a respiratory air flow sensor capable of acquiring differential pressure necessary for measuring a relatively small amount of ventilation while suppressing an increase of resistance in a ventilation path.SOLUTION: An airway adaptor 1 includes a tubular member 10 to which a measurement part for measuring a flow rate of respiratory air of a subject is connected. The tubular member 10 includes a fitting part ventilation path 13a through which respiratory air passes, and a resistance part for generating a differential pressure for the respiratory air passing through the fitting part ventilation path 13a. As the resistance part, at least two plate-like members 14 are provided inside the fitting part ventilation path 13a along an axial direction of the tubular member 10 in a state of being separated from each other.
