The present invention relates to an electric needle for acupuncture which includes: a needle unit (50) in which a needle point (54) forming the top of a needle body (51) has a sphere shape and is conductive； an insulating layer (53) which is coated on the surface of the needle body (51) except a needle line (52) and the needle point (54) which are the front and top of the needle unit (50), respectively； a conductive plate (62) which includes an inclined groove (63) which widens downward from the top of the needle body (51) and a curved groove (64) which supports the conductive needle point (54) on the top of the inclined groove (63) and adjusts an angle, and is conductive； and an insulating plate (61) which is integrally combined with the bottom of the conductive plate (62) and performs insulation on the skin.본 발명은 침체(51)의 상부를 이루는 침병(54) 이 원구체를 이루며 전기가 통하는 침부(50)；침부(50)의 선단인 침선(52)과 상단인 침병(54)을 제외한 침체(51)표면에 코팅된 절연층(53)； 침체(51) 상단 부위에서 아래로 갈수록 공간이 넓어지는 경사홈(63)과, 경사홈(63) 상단에 상기 침병(54)을 지지지 및 각도조절을 가능케 하는 만곡홈(64)을 가지며 침병(54)과 전기가 통하는 전도판(62)； 및전도판(62)의 저면에서 인체 피부와 절연 기능을 하도록 일체로 결합되는 절연판(61)을 포함하여 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 전침이다.
