The present invention relates to a separator for separating a needle fixing unit and a protective cap. Specifically, the separator supports a member coupled with the needle fixing unit and protective cap and separates the needle fixing unit and protective cap. The separator includes a plate-shaped base plate and an opener that is a plate-shaped member having one end bottom surface coupled with one end of a base plate to be rotated and including a first needle fixing unit accommodating groove formed in the other end to enable one side of the outer circumferential surface of the needle fixing unit to be settled therein. The needle fixing unit can be separated from the protective cap just by lifting up the other end of the opener after the needle fixing unit is inserted in the first needle fixing unit accommodating groove of the opener. Moreover, the separator of the present invention further comprises a first support plate that is a plate-shaped member having one end coupled with one side of one surface of the base plate and including a protective cap accommodating groove formed in the other end so that one side of the outer circumferential surface of the protective cap can be settled. The protective cap accommodating groove and first needle fixing unit accommodating groove are linearly disposed. Accordingly, the needle fixing unit can be separated from the protective cap just by lifting up the other end of the opener after the needle fixing unit and protective cap are inserted in the first support plate and opener.
