An antrodia cinnamomea mycelium active substance and a cordyceps militaris fruiting body active substance that are capable of promoting hepatocyte proliferation and a preparation method and a purpose thereof are provided. A method for producing the antrodia cinnamomea mycelium active substance comprises the steps of: (1) using water to extract mycelium lyophilized powder (2) using a screen to screen and collect the mycelium (3) repeating steps (1) and (2) two times and collecting the mycelium (4) using sodium hydroxide (NaOH) to extract the mycelium (5) using the screen to screen and collect a filtrate (6) repeating steps (3) and (4) two times and collecting the filtrate (7) using hydrogen chloride (HCl) to adjust pH values of the filtrates in steps (5) and (6) putting it into a rest state (8) using the screen to screen and collect a solid matter (9) subjecting the solid matter to a freeze-drying process to, thus to finally obtain the antrodia cinnamomea mycelium active substance (Ac-H). Besides, a method of producing the cordyceps militaris fruiting body active substance comprises the steps of: (1) using methanol to extract the cordyceps militaris fruiting body powder and performing a filtration process to obtain a supernatant liquid (2) concentrating the supernatant liquid to remove methanol (3) drying the concentrated supernatant liquid, thus to finally obtain the cordyceps militaris fruiting body active substance (Cm-M).本發明係為具促進肝細胞增生之牛樟芝菌絲體活性物質和蛹蟲草子實體活性物質、製備方法及其用途;其中該牛樟芝菌絲體活性物質係經過下列步驟所產生者:(1)菌絲體凍乾粉以水萃取;(2)篩網過篩,並收集菌絲(3)重複步驟(1)和(2)兩次,並收集菌絲;(4)菌絲以NaOH萃取;(5)篩網過篩,並收集濾液;(6)重複步驟(3)和(4)兩次,並收集濾液;(7)以HCl調整步驟(5)和(6)之濾液的pH值;(7)靜置;(8)篩網過篩,並收集固形物;(9)固形物冷凍乾燥,最後得到牛樟芝菌絲體活性物質(Ac-H);另蛹蟲草子實體活性物質係經過下列步驟所產生者:(1)蛹蟲草子實體粉以甲醇萃取並過濾後,得到一上清液;(2)將上清液濃縮,以去除甲醇;(3)將濃縮後的上清液乾燥,最後得到蛹蟲草子實體活性物質(Cm-M)。
