The present invention relates to an air-purifying device for a vehicle and an object thereof is to provide a DOR (Direct Ozone Reduction) system which can favorably purify ozone even in a normal temperature range and can suppress decrease in the cooling performance of a radiator caused by coating.The device comprises an on-vehicle component arranged at a spot in contact with the air during travel of the vehicle, and an ozone purifier provided on the on-vehicle component and capable of purifying ozone, wherein the ozone purifier includes at least one of organic metal complexes having manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, ruthenium, rhodium or palladium as a central metal. The ozone purifier preferably includes activated carbon.
