A method for manufacturing an air purification material utilizing coffee sludge of the present invention comprises: a preparation step which prepares dried coffee sludge, rice starch, and carbonated water a kneading step which kneads the coffee sludge, rice starch, and carbonated water prepared in the preparation step with a predetermined ratio and a drying step which manufactures the air purification material by putting predetermined amounts of the coffee sludge kneaded in the kneading step into cube frames and drying the cubes in which the kneaded coffee sludge is put at room temperature.
