A second sheet of laver on which a second liquid composition is applied is supplied to an upper side of the first sheet of laver by a second transfer part. The second sheet of laver is stacked upside down by a stacking part to make the surface of the second sheet of laver on which the second liquid composition is applied come in contact with the first sheet of laver. The first sheet of laver and the second sheet of laver are compressed together, dried, and then cut in a uniform size.
