PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily acquire tomographic images of the same section of a living tissue in an examination for observing a change with time of the living tissue.SOLUTION: The device includes: an ultrasonic probe 2 which transmits an ultrasonic wave while three-dimensionally scanning, and receives a reflected ultrasonic wave by the living tissue an image processing unit 5 (and a signal processing unit 4) for generating image data of an MPR image based on the received result an information storage unit 6 for storing sectional position information indicating a sectional position of the MPR image a display unit 81 and a control unit 9. The image processing unit 5 generates, based on a sectional position indicated in sectional position information D1 in past acquisition of an NMR image and a receiving result obtained by new three-dimensional scan by the ultrasonic probe 2, image data of a new MPR image in the sectional position.
