PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument for endoscopes capable of preventing deformation of basket wires in stone disintegration.SOLUTION: The basket-type treatment instrument for endoscopes is disclosed, where a distal metal fitting 20 provided at a distal end of a long tubular flexible sheath 2 comprises: a circular ring portion 20a fitted to the distal end of the flexible sheath 2； and a plurality of projections 25 projecting upward the circular ring portion 20a.
