The present invention relates to a lighting device for a welding mask, which allows a user to check a welding site even in a dark place through a transparent window formed in the welding mask, and which is easily attached to and detached from the welding mask, thereby improving the convenience of use. The lighting device for the welding mask includes a mask, a light-shielding window, and a lighting device. The lighting device is provided in an upper portion of the transparent window to allow the user to check a welding portion in a state in which the transparent window is opened. The lighting device includes a magnetic fixing unit to enable the transparent window to be easily attached to and detached from the transparent window of the welding mask, and is coupled to the welding mask to that the user can easily check the welding portion in a dark place. Since it is convenient to fix the lighting device to the welding mask with the magnetic fixing unit, the lighting device can be easily attached to and detached from the welding mask, and easily stored without damage.
