A multi-channel real-time cardiovascular performance evaluation system, the system mainly includes: a multi-channel ECG signals measurement unit, a multi-channel ECG signals processing device, and an ECG signals reconstruction unit. The method uses a MAMA-END algorithm, to mark ECG signals to replace the original ECG signal, and to extract characteristic peak value of the ECG signal. As such, the method is able to extract and reconstruct a first signal having QRS wave, and a second signal having T wave； then the method detects and marks the start of Q wave and the end of T wave on the first signal and the second signal. Therefore, the method is able to determine and evaluate if a patient does have cardiovascular disease, and to locate the lesion positions of a patient having cardiovascular disease.L'invention porte sur un système d'évaluation de performance cardiovasculaire en temps réel multicanal, le système comprend principalement : une unité de mesure de signaux ECG multicanaux, un dispositif de traitement de signaux ECG multicanaux et une unité de reconstruction de signaux ECG. Le procédé utilise un algorithme MAMA-END, pour marquer des sgnaux ECG afin deremplacer le signal ECG d'origine, et pour extraire une valeur de crête caractéristique du signal ECG. En tant que tel, le procédé est capables d'extraire et de reconstruire un premier signal ayant une onde QRS, et un second signal ayant une onde T ； puis le procédé détecte et marque le début de l'onde Q et l'extrémité de l'onde T sur le premier signal et le second signal. Par conséquent, le procédé peut déterminer et évaluer si un patient est atteint d'une maladie cardiovasculaire, et localiser les positions des lésions d'un patient atteint une maladie cardiovasculaire.
