PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive sheet or tape to be stuck to the skin, which can be smoothly cut off by a separator.
SOLUTION: For the adhesive sheet or tape to be stuck to the skin, a support, an adhesive layer and the separator are laminated in this order. At at least one divided and cut part of the separator, V-shaped or Y-shaped perforation is continuously formed so that one side of the character V or the vertical line of the character Y is lined up at intervals on a straight line in the dividing and cutting direction.
