In order to harrow garlic and garlic roots stably while continuously burrowing into the ground in a moving direction of a tractor (50), the uprooting blade body (20) includes: first and second combination plates (22a, 22b) in the outer surface of the center of the uprooting blade body (20)； and an uprooting blade incliner (A) inclining the uprooting blade (2a) horizontally.
